Return and Refund Policy

Our return and refund policy lasts for 30 days. You have 30 days from the date you receive your product(s) to initiate a return. After 30 days, we can no longer accept returns.

Eligibility for Return

To qualify for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. Additionally, the product must be in its original packaging.

There are certain circumstances where returns or refunds may be denied:

  • Any item that is not in its original condition or has been damaged due to your actions.
  • Any item returned after the 30-day period has passed.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund, which will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 14 days. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for your initial purchase.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund after 14 days, please check with your bank. Then, reach out to your payment provider as it might take some time for your refund to appear in your account.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@maddisonrae.com with photographic proof. We will ensure that you receive a replacement at no extra charge, and we will cover the cost of return shipping for damaged, defective, or incorrect products.

Exchanges

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges. However, you are welcome to return your items within 30 days and place a new order for any items you wish to purchase.

Order Cancellations

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled. Please carefully review your order before completing your purchase.

Return Label

The return label is the customer's responsibility.

Restocking Fees

We do not charge any restocking fees for returned items. Shop with confidence knowing there will be no additional charges or hidden fees for your refund, as long as the item meets our return conditions.

Change of Mind Returns

If you change your mind about your purchase, we’re happy to accept a return within 30 days of receiving your order, as long as the item is unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Please note that customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs.
